The Outer Banks Wedding Association (OBWA) is thrilled to announce the return of its laid-back wedding expo, the OBX Wedding Fest, this summer! The OBX Wedding Fest provides engaged couples access to vendors representing all types of services to help them complete their wedding planning.
On Sunday, August 26, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., some of the area’s top wedding experts will greet the newly engaged, their friends, and family members for a day of planning and savings at Duck Woods Country Club.
A smaller scale version of OBWA’s annual Wedding Weekend and Expo, the OBX Wedding Fest provides a more relaxed environment for attendees to sample cuisine, spirits, and meet with florists, planners, officiants, venues, photographers, and more.
All attendees will have the chance to enter one of three package giveaways: Adventure Package (access to local activities and attractions and a two night stay); Foodie Package (a two night stay, gift cards to use at local restaurants, and a wine tasting); Spa Package (free pampering services at a local spa). Winners do not need to be present to redeem their prize.
Tickets to the OBX Wedding Fest are $10 and can be purchased online or at the door. A ticket grants one person admission, a swag bag, savings on services, and a chance to win one of the three door prize package giveaways. Fest tickets purchased online before August 26, 2018 grants two raffle ticket entries in to one of the giveaways, and tickets purchased at the door grants a single raffle ticket entry in to one of the giveaways.
