Outer Bankers are heaving a collective sigh of relief. Finally leaving the Bahamas, Hurricane Joaquin is still a major storm but all indications are it’s headed to open water and away from the OBX. We found this blog posted last night on Joe Lamb, Jr.’s site. There’s a good explanation about why Joaquin has been so hard to predict.
