the beatles are back!

The Beatles are coming to the Waterside Theater at The Lost Colony! Well, 1964: The Tribute–a Beatles tribute band–will be there. Folks that attended this show last year RAVED about it and said they would love to see it again. This June 21st show starts at 8pm and is bound to be a blast (and would make the perfect Father’s Day gift)!

1964:The Tribute. Over 25 years of researching and performing have made “1964” masters of their craft.

The Lost Colony is opening its 2015 PNC Presents: Live At The Waterside Concert Series with a little Beatlemania. 1964: The Tribute takes their audiences on a musical journey to an era in rock history that will live in all of our hearts forever. They are hailed by critics and fans alike as the most authentic and endearing Beatles tribute in the world. “1964” recreates an early 60’s live Beatles concert, with period instruments, clothing, hairstyles, and onstage banter.

The personas of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison return to The Lost Colony’s Waterside Theatre for a concert like no other taking the audience back to the early sixties. 1964:The Tribute, sponsored by Ace Outer Banks Hardware, returns to the stage—for a second season– kicking off the Live at the Waterside concert series on Sunday, June 21st. The band made its first local appearance last season with popular tunes like “She Loves me,” “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” “Love Me Do,” and other pre-Sgt. Pepper era songs! Rolling Stone Magazine calls them “The Best Beatles Tribute on Earth”
