“Chris Wheeler is 27 years young. Born and raised on the OBX, he’s been drawing since childhood,”I remember always getting in trouble in school for drawing during class, and even though a lot of teachers told me it would never get me anywhere, I continued to push my art and kept drawing.” Wheeler states. He moved down to Cocoa Beach after high school and that’s where his art started to expand and the creativity really started flowing, “I met a lot of good artists down there who pushed me into the whole surf art scene”.
