Eat, drink + plan to be married!

Enjoy a day at the waterfront marina and Pavilion at Pirate’s Cove with members of The Outer Banks Wedding Association to plan your OBX wedding at the OBX Wedding Fest on August 27, 2017!

OBWA is thrilled to present a new wedding planning event designed to leave you satisfied with the convenience of meeting wedding pro’s in one location and ultimately giving you tons of potential savings with booking incentives, the Wedding Fest will ease the stress of planning with its laid back environment during one of the best times of the year on the Outer Banks. The OBX Wedding Fest will provide engaged couples access to vendors representing all types of services. The event is designed to reflect the fun, carefree environment of the area during the summer months to make the wedding planning process a breeze while enjoying some quality beach time.

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Outer Banks Wedding Association will greet the newly engaged, their friends, and family members for the first event of this kind. A smaller scale version of OBWA’s popular Wedding Weekend and Expo that takes place in January, the OBX Wedding Fest will have a fun festival vibe as attendees sample cuisine, spirits and confections, meet with florists, planners, officiants, venues, photographers, and more. Book activities, pick up some swag, groove to DJs and musicians as the bride(s) or groom(s) check every item off their to-do list.

Tickets to the indoor-outdoor OBX Wedding Fest are $10 and can be purchased online HERE or at the door. A ticket grants one person admission, a swag bag, one entry into some spectacular door prize drawings (including an intimate pop up wedding giveaway!), and the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed day planning a dream Outer Banks wedding with top local professionals.
