What sounds like a sci-fi movie plot is actually this summer’s hottest outdoor concert on the OBX! Grab that somebody you love and head to The Lost Colony’s Waterside Theatre on Sunday, July 12th for an evening under the stars with Jefferson Starship.
Welcoming Jefferson Starship to its first ever area appearance, The Lost Colony is excited to introduce Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Jefferson Airplane founder, Paul Kantner and David Freiberg to The Lost Colony’s very own Waterside Theatre.

Jefferson Starship features Kantner and Freiberg of Jefferson Airplane, Donny Baldwin, Chris Smith, Cathy Richardson anchoring the ‘role’ made famous by Grace Slick, and Jude Gold replacing longtime lead player Slick Aguilar. Performing music from both Jefferson Airplane & Starship, concert goers will celebrate the classics that helped define a generation at one of USA Today’s “10 Best Outdoor Concert Venues You Shouldn’t Miss.”
Starship continues to perform their repertoire of hits spanning all eras of their existence, including “Jane,” “Somebody To Love,” “Miracles,” “White Rabbit,” “Count On Me,” “Find Your Way Back” and many more.
