daredevils baseball–the obx team

Baseball and summertime seem like as good a combination as warm weather, sunshine and the beach. Here on the Outer Banks we have our own team, the Outer Banks Daredevils, and a trip to the ballpark is a perfect way to spend a summer evening. This blog from Joe Lamb, Jr & Associates gives the scoop on when they play and what to expect.

“The Outer Banks Daredevils are back for another year of baseball. Playing in the Tidewater Summer League, the team takes the field every Monday through Thursday at the First Flight High School ballpark in Kill Devil Hills.

It would be hard to find better family entertainment than this. Ticket prices are very reasonable—$5.00 for adults, seniors and students, $4.00 and ten and under free. Concession prices are like something you would expect to see 15 or 20 years ago and it is a wonderful protected environment where kids can roam free and have a great time.”
